Yolk are on a mission to improve London’s grab-&-go food, serving speciality coffee, next-level sandwiches, perfectly-poached egg pots and more. Iconic Project Management are delighted to have been appointed to finish the fit out of their new restaurant at Canary Wharf.
Fitting out fine fast food restaurants across London.
With their first site opening in 2018, Yolk already have three takeaway restaurants across London. They work with the best local suppliers and obsess over the details to provide freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches and exceptional coffee. You can sample their delicious menu at Soho, Broadgate and New Street Square.
With a beautiful design by our friends at Brown Studio, these first three outlets were fitted out by Yolk founders Nick Philpot and Alkesh Tandon themselves. They’ve done an amazing job and their restaurants are definitely a cut above your average takeaway. However, as their business has expanded, they were beginning to find the task of managing their fit out programme too great a burden.
We love restaurant fit out projects.
Our help was recommended to Yolk by Chris Brown at Brown Studio. We’ve enjoyed working with Chris on projects for Tim Hortons and Poke House over the last year and you can learn more about those restaurant fit out projects here. We love working on Brown Studio designs because they result in stylish restaurants that we and the client can be really proud of.
Yolk have initially appointed us to complete the fit out of their Canary Wharf restaurant. This project has just started on site and is on track to complete in time to open in April.
Yolk have plans to expand their business with a number of launches planned over the next year. It’s an honour to be helping them to achieve their goals and we can’t wait to see their future success.
