You have, or are predicted to achieve, three A-levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above. Ideally, one of these is a STEM subject.

What Does This Project Management Apprenticeship Look Like?
Primarily office-based at our Wokingham head office, with UK-wide travel to project sites, clients, and suppliers.
A five-year construction project management apprenticeship, where you'll gain hands-on experience under expert guidance.
Online educational content delivered by University College of Estate Management (UCEM), with mentorship from our CEO.
You will complete a BSc in Construction Management with a Project Management pathway, followed by MRICS certification in your final year, gaining Chartered Project Management Surveyor status.
80% of your time will be spent on-the-job, applying what you learn. 20% will be dedicated to academic study and personal development.
After completing the apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to continue onto our 24-month graduate training scheme, preparing you for the role of Project Manager.

What We’re Offering
Starting salary: £19,000 per annum
Generous leave allowance: 26 days, plus a Christmas shutdown period (up to 30 days total), plus bank holidays.
